Michelin-starred chefs Marcelo di Giacomo and Diego Jacquet, with a great love for the sea and both well-known stars on the international culinary scene, come to Pater Noster. Marcelo and Diego are good friends and love to cook together in special places.

They with our own fantastic chef Johan Bengtsson create magic in our kitchen. You will be offered a specially composed menu consisting of 5 servings together with a well-composed drinks menu.

Diego Jacquet

Diego is currently Chef Patron at the famous London restaurant ZOILO and the beloved FLORENCIO Pizzeria.

Diego started his career in Buenos Aires in 1993, when he apprenticed with the famous Argentinian chef Francis Mallmann. In 1998, he fulfilled his dream of cooking in Europe when he joined the team at Casa Nicolasa in San Sebastián. He later joined the three-star Michelin restaurant El Bulli, under Ferran Adria.

In 2001, he moved to New York to join Aquavit, the award-winning Swedish restaurant, then run by chef Marcus Samuelsson.

Diego was born in Buenos Aires and spent most of his youth in Chubut, Patagonia, where he discovered his love for food and natural ingredients.

After 8 years, he moved to Paris to open Virtus where he received 1 Michelin star in 2019 together with his chef wife Chiho Kanzaky.

He is currently in the process of opening a new project in Savoie in south-eastern France.
