Day trip by boat
During the summer, you can book a day trip to the island by contacting our partners directly, who guarantee a berth. Read more here.

Guest harbor
Are you coming with your own boat? The guest harbor has a maximum limit of 2 hours to allow for rotation and give more people the chance to experience the island. The harbor is small and requires good seamanship in windy weather.

The kitchen

Our ambition

We draw inspiration from the sea and create delicacies using its treasures. With a focus on high quality in both ingredients and preparation, our menu is adapted to the season.

Our goal is to give you, our guest, more than just a good meal—we want to give you a new experience and knowledge. Whether it's your first encounter with seaweed and algae, learning about the delicacies of the sea, or hearing stories about what lighthouse keepers ate on the island 100 years ago.

Our head chef, Johan Bengtsson, is an experienced chef, trained marine biologist, and professional diver. His knowledge of the sea's ingredients, combined with his curiosity and skill in the kitchen, results in unique menus that combine modern and classic cooking. We love to see him dive into the sea and harvest seaweed, which is a unique flavor enhancer in our dishes as well as in our baked goods.

The Wine Cellar

The lighthouse families food cellar

We are proud of our wine cellar at Pater Noster, as well as our knowledgeable sommelier and co-owner Anders, who hand-picks wines of the highest quality. He ensures that each wine enhances your taste experience.

Our wine list is continuously updated, but always includes our own specially imported champagne, which is unique to us on the west coast. We also have our own Pater Noster, brewed in Gothenburg.

For exclusive champagne and wine tastings, please contact us with your request by email.
