General conditions

We act responsibly, think long-term and work constantly to improve our sustainability, and we bring this to the decisions we make in our business. This is based on environmental, social (inclusive, equal and tolerant) and our own financial sustainability. We want both ourselves and our guests to make as little impact as possible on the environment.

Our interior design concept is 70% vintage and 30% new. We have our own water plant that desalinates and purifies seawater that we drink, and we have a goal to start our own production of salt, seaweed products and even solar cells. Of course, we choose suppliers who work with sustainability themselves and want to develop it.

Booking conditions

Prices are presented including VAT for individuals, excluding VAT for companies. The cost of beverages will be added and paid by card at check-out.
Payment for booking stay online or by invoice payment link sent upon confirmation of booking.
Check-in to rooms by 15.00, check-out by 10.00.

1. cancellation

In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount of the cancellation will be charged. For cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total amount of the booking. With our cancellation insurance, you can cancel without reason up to 2 weeks before arrival and receive a full refund except for the cancellation insurance premium. If the weather does not permit departure to Hamneskär and our skipper deems it impossible to call at Hamneskär harbour, helicopter service is offered on request for price or a pending booking that can be used within 12 months.

2. Group bookings/EVENING

Group booking during pre and post season: In order for us to open up the island, start charging from 65 000kr. Confirmed number of participants 4 weeks before arrival (adjustment with increased number of participants up to 2 weeks before arrival) then charged for all confirmed participants.

For special events sold via Tickster.se: Minimum 20 sold tickets for the day event to be carried out and events with overnight stay at least 14 booked people.

Kayaking: Booking must be made no later than 2 days before arrival to Pater Noster and is binding. Payment is made upon arrival on the island. Booking is done by email to reservations@paternoster.se

3. conference bookings

In the pre- and post-season: to open up the island, purchasing and planning, start charging from 65 000kr.
Cancellation free of charge up to eight weeks before the booked stay. If cancellation occurs later, the full value of the stay excluding drinks will be charged. Confirmed number of participants 4 weeks before booked stay (adjustment of increased number of participants can be adjusted up to 2 weeks) then charged for all confirmed participants.


If our skipper deems it not possible to access Hamneskär we offer helicopter service as an alternative, price on request, alt the booking becomes a deposit which can be used on another occasion within 12 months.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Pater Noster A home on the horizon, we process your personal data in various contexts, such as when you book accommodation or order services from us, use the services we provide. In our privacy policy you will find information about our processing of personal data. We process your personal data in accordance with the Swedish General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, in force at the time.

Handling of personal data

By booking with us, you consent to us storing the information about you and your party that is needed to provide you with a wonderful stay with us that meets your wishes. You also give your consent to be contacted afterwards so that we can ask about your experience of your stay at Pater Noster.

DATA STORAGE

We comply with applicable rules and recommendations on data processing of personal data and only store your contact details and details of your booking in our systems. Two years after your last contact with us, these are automatically deleted. You can contact us at any time to find out what data we have stored or request that we delete your data from our systems.
